Sweet potatoes are good for the hair and skin.
They are messy but she seems to love them!

Can you believe she'll be 7 months on Sunday??

Kate can-

-Sit up by herself unassisted

-Rock back and forth on her hands and knees

-Go from lying down to sitting up

 

Kate enjoys-

-playing with her toys

-laughing and smiling

-meeting new people

-singing

-napping

 

Kate is learning-

-to eat solid foods

-to crawl/move around

-to make sounds bababababa, mamamamama
